I even took a few courses for amateurs.

What I’ve noticed was that my own brain intelligence started to function in a more effective way than the past.

I am presenting my understanding through my personal experience for inspiration:

We’re not in the “AI is coming” phase anymore.
We’re in the “AI is already here” phase.
The real question is no longer: Should I use AI?

It’s: Am I using it intelligently or just relying on it?

Because here’s the truth:

Using Artificial Intelligence without essential intelligence doesn’t make you powerful. It makes you dependent.

The New Advantage in today’s world:
AI gives you speed

AI gives you options

AI gives you scale

But it does NOT give you:
* clarity
* judgment
* direction

That’s your job.
And that comes from what we call essential intelligence.

The Simple Model (Remember This):

AI = Expansion. You = Direction
Or even simpler:
AI shows possibilities. You choose what matters.

The 5-Step Integration Loop
If you only remember one thing from this newsletter, make it this:

1.Think First (Don’t skip this)
Before you touch AI, ask yourself:
* What do I actually want?
* Why does it matter?

This activates your Prefrontal Cortex (aka your decision-making system)

2. Use AI to Expand
Now bring in AI to:
* generate ideas
* explore options
* give perspectives

Treat it like a “thinking partnernot a final authority

3. Filter Like a Pro
Ask:
* Does this make sense for my situation?
* What’s missing?
* What feels off?

This is where most people fail.

They accept instead of evaluate.

4. Execute (This is the real game)
No execution = no value.
Use your power skills:
* focus
* discipline
* communication

AI can’t do this part for you.

5.
Life Is for You, Not to You

Have you ever felt like life was just throwing things at you? The plans that fall apart, the job that doesn’t work out, the relationship that ends when you least expect it — it can all feel unfair.

But what if life isn’t doing these things to you?
What if, instead, life is doing them for you?

That simple shift in perspective changes everything.

The Power of Perspective

When we believe life is happening to us, we see ourselves as victims of circumstance. Every challenge feels like an attack, and every setback feels like proof that we’re failing.

But when we realize life is happening for us, we start to see purpose in the pain and lessons in the loss.
We begin to understand that even the hardest moments are shaping us into who we’re meant to become.

Maybe that rejection was redirection.
Maybe that delay was protection.
Maybe that ending was the start of something even better.

Lessons Hidden in the Struggle

Every season of life — the easy, the hard, the confusing — carries a message if we’re willing to listen. The truth is, growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from resistance, challenge, and change.

When you hit a wall, instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” try asking, “What is this trying to teach me?”

That one question transforms your experience. It turns pain into wisdom, struggle into strength, and confusion into clarity.

From Victim to Creator

Seeing life as for you doesn’t mean ignoring your pain or pretending everything’s perfect. It means choosing to look deeper — to see meaning, not just misfortune.

You can’t control everything that happens, but you can control how you respond. That’s where your power lies.

When you start owning your reactions, your mindset, and your choices, you move from being a victim of life to being a creator of it.

Life as a Gift

The truth is, life isn’t against you — it’s guiding you. Every experience, every heartbreak, every disappointment is preparing you for what’s next.

It’s not punishment; it’s preparation.

So the next time you feel like the world is working against you, take a breath and remind yourself:

Life isn’t happening to me.
Life is happening for me.

And that makes all the difference.

Your Turn

Take a moment today to reflect: what’s one experience that felt like it was happening to you — but now, looking back, you can see it was happening for you?

Share your story or lesson. You never know who might need to hear it.

If this message resonated with you, pass it on — someone out there might need the reminder that life is for them, too.

1. Feedback as a Mirror for the Self
Feedback mechanisms—whether from other people, social environments, or self-reflection—act like mirrors that reflect aspects of ourselves we may not fully see. When we receive feedback, we encounter external perspectives on our behavior, abilities, and identity. This external input challenges or confirms our internal self-concept.

2. Cognitive Dissonance and Self-Reflection
When feedback conflicts with our existing self image, it often creates cognitive dissonance – a sense of discomfort that motivates us to reconcile the difference. We might ask ourselves: Is this really who I am? Why do others see me this way? This process prompts self-reflection and encourages us to re-evaluate our beliefs, motivations, and actions.

3. Integration and Adjustment of Self-Concept
Through reflection, we begin to integrate feedback into our understanding of ourselves. If the feedback seems valid and consistent with experience, we adjust our self-concept accordingly. This can mean expanding our view of who we are (“I didn’t realize I was capable of that”) or revising it (“Maybe I’m not as patient as I thought”).

4. Emotional and Social Dimensions
The emotional impact of feedback—whether positive or negative—also shapes self-understanding.
Positive feedback can strengthen confidence and identity coherence, while constructive or critical feedback can lead to growth through humility and learning. Socially, repeated patterns of feedback from trusted others (friends, mentors, colleagues) help stabilize a new sense of self over time.

5. Emergence of a New Interpretation of Self
As feedback is processed, reflected on, and internalized, a new interpretation of self emerges – one that’s more aligned with both inner experience and external reality. This reinterpretation is not static; it evolves through ongoing interaction between self perception and environmental responses. In short, feedback mechanisms act as catalysts for self awareness and personal growth. They push individuals to confront inconsistencies, refine their self-image, and ultimately arrive at a deeper, more nuanced understanding of who they are.

Bias is often spoken about as a gap in reasoning — a flaw in logic that leads us to misjudge others or misread situations. But beyond its impact on fairness and decision-making, bias carries a subtler, more personal cost: it distorts our connection to reality itself. Psychologists describe bias as a form of cognitive shorthand — mental shortcuts that filter the world through expectations rather than facts. While this mechanism evolved to help us make quick decisions, it also means we are frequently interacting not with truth, but with comforting fictions.

Emotionally, these internal distortions can feel safe in the short term. Confirmation bias, for instance, allows us to preserve our beliefs by ignoring conflicting information, protecting our egos from discomfort. But the long-term psychological cost is a kind of intellectual isolation. Becoming too attached to our assumptions prevents growth, deepens ignorance, and stunts empathy. We may feel “certain” — but that certainty comes at the price of genuine understanding, flexibility, and meaningful connection with others.

There is also a moral toll. Bias doesn’t just cloud how we see the world — it shapes how we treat people within it. When we cling to preconceived notions, we risk doing quiet violence to others through stereotyping, unfair judgments, and exclusion. Even when unintentional, such bias slowly corrodes our self-image: it becomes harder to see ourselves as fair, compassionate, or open minded. What begins as a mental shortcut can gradually fracture our integrity.

Over time, living in a bubble of personal bias can make the world feel more predictable, but also more brittle. Any challenge to our worldview becomes a threat; uncertainty breeds defensive anger rather than curiosity. Neuroscience research shows that bias aligned thinking activates reward pathways in the brain — it feels good to be right — yet this same comfort reinforces emotional rigidity. The cost of that comfort is psychological stagnation and an increasing inability to tolerate difference.

Philosophers have long warned that true wisdom demands the courage to question oneself. To confront our own biases is to endure a certain discomfort — the emotional humility required to admit we may be wrong. But the benefit of that discomfort is a life lived more clearly, compassionately, and authentically. Bias, left unexamined, may protect our egos — but it ultimately impoverishes our inner lives.

Getting out of a personal bias “bubble” means deliberately challenging your default mental autopilot.

Here’s a practical, neuroscience-informed set of steps to help break the echo chamber of your own thinking:

1. Train Awareness of Your Biases

Write down moments where your initial reaction might have been shaped by assumption, not evidence.

Ask: “What would prove me wrong?”**: This rewires your brain toward seeking disconfirming evidence, which the prefrontal cortex loves for flexible thinking.

2. Expand Your Information

Read/watch opposing viewpoints: Seek quality sources that challenge your position, not just straw-man arguments.

Follow people outside your circle: On social media, add voices from different backgrounds, professions, and political views.

Cross-cultural curiosity: Engage with art, news, and literature from cultures you don’t normally consume.

3. Practice Perspective-Taking

Role reversal: Argue the opposite side of an issue as convincingly as possible.

Empathy mapping: Write down what someone on “the other side” values, fears, and hopes for—beyond just their stance.

Moral reframing : Try explaining your beliefs using the other side’s moral values, not just your own.

4. Use Deliberate Cognitive Speed Control

Slow thinking: When reacting to new information, pause to fact-check, cross-reference, and consider context.

Counter your gut: If your emotional brain (amygdala) reacts instantly, give your rational brain (prefrontal cortex) a chance to step in.

Delay judgments : Treat first impressions as “hypotheses” to be tested, not truths.

5. Seek Constructive Friction

Accountability partners: Find someone who will question your reasoning without hostility.

Bias audits : Once a month, review one belief you hold and research the best arguments against it.

Group diversity : Join discussions or groups where you’re not in the majority view.

6. Anchor in Evidence, Not Ego

Separate identity from ideas: Remind yourself, “Changing my mind is growth, not defeat.”

Use probabilistic thinking : Instead of “I’m right” vs. “I’m wrong,” think in terms of how confident you are in a claim (e.g., “70% likely”).

Fact over familiarity : Prioritize data and reliable evidence, even when it feels uncomfortable.

We often excuse deception in the name of kindness — a compliment to spare someone’s feelings, a softened truth to avoid conflict, a “white lie” to smooth over social expectations. These tiny distortions of reality are rarely meant to harm; in fact, they’re often cast as acts of compassion. Yet psychologists warn that pretending for the sake of others can come at a personal cost. Each gentle lie nudges us away from who we really are, forcing a performance that slowly chips at emotional authenticity.

The tension lies in what honesty represents: a form of self-respect, grounded-ness, and internal cohesion. When we override our genuine thoughts in favor of politeness, we risk creating a divide between our inner world and outer behavior. Over time, that divide can generate a quiet discomfort — the psychological stress of continually masking one’s true self. As philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre argued, denying our authentic feelings in order to “play a role” for others amounts to bad faith, an act that sacrifices inner freedom in favor of approval.

On the other hand, brutal honesty — unfiltered, sharp edged, indifferent to the emotional climate — can fracture relationships and cause needless pain. Telling a friend their creative project is “terrible,” or admitting you dislike a partner’s gift, may be truthful, but without compassion, those truths become destructive. The emotional intelligence debate often hinges on *how* we tell the truth rather than *whether* we should. Psychologists like Dr. Brené Brown emphasize “clear is kind”: honesty delivered with empathy preserves both authenticity and connection.

The dilemma, then, is not simply a choice between lying and telling the truth — it is a question of moral priority. Do we protect feelings at the expense of our own authenticity, or risk discomfort to uphold an honest self? Most ethicists suggest a principled middle ground: speak honestly, but consider timing, tone, and intention. A truth offered gently allows us to remain authentic without abandoning kindness — preserving our integrity and our relationships.

If you want to strengthen honesty as a habit, you can approach it from both the psychological and practical sides—building self-awareness, reducing the temptation to lie, and creating environments that reward truth-telling:

1. Strengthen Self-Awareness

Pause before speaking: Give your brain a moment to check whether what you’re about to say is accurate.

Identify your triggers: Notice situations where you’re most tempted to lie (e.g., avoiding conflict, impressing others).

Daily reflection: At the end of the day, recall moments when you did or didn’t tell the full truth, and why.

2. Lower the Need for “Face Saving” Lies

Admit uncertainty: Saying “I don’t know” or “I’ll check” is a powerful truth.

Reframe mistakes : See them as opportunities to learn rather than threats to your self-image.

Practice vulnerability: Share minor faults openly to reduce fear of judgment.

3. Build Truth-Friendly Habits

Fact-check yourself : Make it routine to confirm details before repeating them.

Speak specifically: Avoid vague statements that can slip into distortion.

Use “true by default” thinking : If you catch yourself about to bend the truth, try replacing it with the closest honest statement.

4. Align Environment with Honesty

Surround yourself with truth tellers: Honesty is contagious when it’s the group norm.

Reward openness: Acknowledge and thank people for telling you the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Minimize incentives to lie : If a rule or expectation encourages dishonesty, change the structure.

5. Practice Truth Under Pressure

Role-play: With a friend or coach, rehearse telling the truth in high-stakes situations.

Start with small stakes : Practice honesty in low-risk conversations first.

Develop “gentle truth” skills : Learn to tell the truth kindly, so you don’t feel you must choose between honesty and empathy.

Choosing truth over comfort it seams difficult — but it often leads to a
deeper, more authentic life.

1. Truth brings growth
Truth forces us to face ourselves: our fears, flaws, and potential. It challenges us, but through that challenge we grow wiser, stronger, and more whole. Comfort, while pleasant, can keep us stuck in patterns that numb or limit us.

2. Comfort fades; truth endures
Comfort is often temporary and externally dependent — on approval, routine, or illusion. But truth, once uncovered, becomes a steady foundation you can build a meaningful life on.

3. Truth aligns you with your purpose
When you choose truth — even when it seams hard — you begin to live in alignment with your deeper values. That alignment brings inner peace, which is more lasting and real than surface-level ease.

4. Avoiding truth creates inner conflict
Suppressing truth for the sake of comfort can lead to restlessness, anxiety, or regret. People often sense when they are betraying themselves, even if everything “looks fine” on the outside.

5. Truth connects you more deeply with others (or invites you to take a distance)
Authenticity invites real connection. When you live truthfully, the relationships you form are based on who you really are — not who you’re pretending to be for comfort. Choosing truth isn’t about seeking hardship for its own sake — it’s about choosing integrity, meaning, and a deeper kind of freedom.

Truth vs. Comfort: 10-Minute Reflection

Step 1: Center Yourself (1 minute)
Find a quiet place. Take a few deep breaths. Let your body relax.

Step 2: Journal Prompt (3–5 minutes)
Answer this question honestly in writing:

“Where in my life am I choosing comfort over truth?”
(Think about a relationship, a job, a habit, or a decision you’re avoiding.)

Then ask:
“What truth am I avoiding, and what might change if I faced it?”

Step 3: Small Action Step (2 minutes)
Write one small step you can take toward that truth — a conversation, a decision, or even a moment of honesty with yourself.

Step 4: Affirmation (1 minute)
Close with this affirmation (say it out loud or write it):

“I have the courage to see clearly, speak truthfully, and live meaningfully
— even when it’s hard.”

Control vs. Responsibility: Understanding the Difference

In navigating life, relationships, and work, understanding the distinction between control and responsibility is crucial. Many people conflate the two, leading to stress, frustration, and unnecessary burdens. While control is about trying to dictate or manipulate outcomes, responsibility is about owning our actions and choices within our sphere of influence.

What is Control?

Control is the attempt to regulate external events, people, and circumstances. It often stems from a fear of uncertainty and a desire for predictable outcomes. However, control is often an illusion because many factors in life—such as other people’s actions, market trends, or natural events—are beyond our influence.

The illusion of control—the belief that we can dictate every outcome—leads to stress, anxiety, and frustration. True freedom comes when we learn to trust the natural flow of life.

Psychologists describe this tendency as a cognitive bias known as the illusion of control, where people overestimate their ability to influence events.

This mindset often leads to stress, disappointment, and a reluctance to adapt when circumstances shift unexpectedly.

Signs of a Control-Oriented Mindset:

• Trying to micromanage others.
• Feeling anxious when things don’t go as planned.
• Resisting change or spontaneity.
• Blaming external circumstances when things go wrong.

What is Responsibility?

Responsibility, on the other hand, is about taking ownership of our actions, decisions, and mindset.
It acknowledges that while we cannot control everything, we can control how we respond to situations. Responsibility fosters growth, resilience, and a sense of empowerment.

Human beings have an innate desire for certainty. We create schedules, set goals, and plan meticulously, believing that doing so will ensure success and happiness. We also use a belief system that we try to hold on.

However, the reality is, that much of life is unpredictable. No matter how carefully we plan, unexpected events—both positive and negative—are inevitable. Events, conditions or other people challenge our belief system giving us an opportunity to “think out of the box” and widen up our perceptions of reality.

Signs of a Responsibility-Oriented Mindset:

• Focusing on personal growth and learning from failures
• Making conscious choices without blaming others
• Accepting what cannot be changed and adapting to circumstances
• Setting boundaries rather than controlling others

The Key Differences

How to Shift from Control to Responsibility

• Recognise What You Can and Cannot Change
• Focus on your efforts, not the outcomes.
• Embrace Uncertainty – Accept that unpredictability is a natural part of life.
• Let Go of Attachment to Outcomes – Do your best and trust the process.
• Hold Yourself Accountable – Take ownership of your choices and behaviours.
• Cultivate a Growth Mindset – View challenges as opportunities for learning.

True power lies in responsibility, not control. By shifting our focus inward and taking responsibility for our actions and attitudes, we cultivate inner peace, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
Instead of trying to control the world, we learn to navigate it with wisdom and adaptability. When we let go of Control we do not lose power – we gain Freedom.

Balance is the Key
Effort and ambition are essential, but they should be coupled with a willingness to adapt and trust.
The wisdom lies in knowing when to take action and when to let things unfold naturally.
In life we prepare and put in effort, but at some point, we must release attachment and allow events to unfold.

The illusion of control is a source of unnecessary stress and struggle.

By recognising that life cannot be fully controlled and by surrendering to its natural flow, we free ourselves from anxiety and open the door to greater peace and fulfilment.

Surrender is not about giving up—it is about trusting that, like a river finding its course, we are always moving in the right direction, even if we cannot see the destination yet.

The spiritual / psychological aspect of Responsibility:
(A.H.Almaas :Diamond Heart Book Five, pg. 70, Runaway Realisation, pg. 115,Diamond Heart Book One, pg 130)

Responsibility is the outcome of the alignment with the Objective Truth, not according to your beliefs, your emotions or your dreams.
Objective Truth is not about your desires or your preferences.
It has to do with how things are, how they function.
That’s what “objective” means: to live according to the facts, the truth.
As long as you say, “I want it another way,” you are going to suffer.

Taking Responsibility for Your Realisation is Grace
In other words, you taking responsibility for your realisation is true nature intensifying its practice to reveal its enlightenment.
They are not two things.
Divine grace and your responsibility are not two things.
You taking responsibility for your realisation is grace.
The fact that you have capacities is also grace. The fact that you practice is grace. There is no dichotomy between your practice and grace.
Your practice is grace. Your practice is always already Living Being appearing in your consciousness as the enlightenment drive—as the motivation, as the capacity, as the sincerity, as the commitment, as the clarity, as the emptiness, as the radiance, as the luminosity, and as the enlightenment.

You Are the Final Arbiter of the Truth of Your Life
You can’t take my word for it. I can tell you all these things, but it doesn’t mean much. When I tell you, it gets you all excited for a week or two, you might meditate more intensely for a while, but it doesn’t last long. You forget and after two weeks you don’t do anything. You fall asleep again and come back here hoping some new approach will work. This continues until eventually it hits you that you have to be responsible, that, ultimately, you are the final arbiter of the truth of your own experience and life. You are the one who needs to determine what is real. How can anyone convince you of the truth if you don’t see it for yourself? People get convinced by the teachings but not fully, because usually underneath that conviction there are fears, vulnerabilities, and helplessness. The conviction does not stand on solid reality, but rather covers up ignorance and inner conflicts.

Here are actionable strategies to make the shift:
Challenge Limiting Beliefs:
Identify thoughts that suggest “I can’t” or “I’m not good enough.”
Replace them with affirmations like “I can improve” or “I’m still learning.”
Embrace Challenges:
Seek opportunities that push you out of your comfort zone.
Reframe challenges as opportunities for growth.
Learn from Failure:
Reflect on setbacks to identify lessons learned.
Avoid viewing failure as a measure of self worth.
Seek Feedback:
Actively ask for feedback and apply it constructively.
View constructive criticism as an opportunity to refine your skills.
Cultivate a Love for Learning:
Pursue new knowledge and skills regularly.
Celebrate progress, no matter how small.
Surround Yourself with Growth-Oriented People:
Engage with individuals who inspire and encourage you to grow.
Avoid environments that reinforce a limited mindset.

Conclusion
The mindset you adapt can shape your life’s trajectory.
While a limited mindset restricts potential and fosters stagnation, a growth mindset opens doors to personal and professional growth.
By recognising the characteristics of each mindset and actively working to embrace growth-oriented habits, you can unlock new levels of success, resilience, and fulfilment.

Remember, your mindset is not fixed—it can evolve, and with dedication, you can cultivate a growth mindset to achieve your highest aspirations.

When we loose our clarity in solving problems, in crisis management, in decision making, communicating with others, one of our senses is overwhelmed! Think about it….

Remember incidents and remember which sense overwhelmed you…
Was it what you saw? Or heard? Or tasted?. Phrases like “what you say disgusts me or what I hear hurts me or when we talk and ask the other don’t you see it? show vividly which sense is overwhelming us or which sense is preferred.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to have clarity to respond when that happens!

However, if you start practicing:
1. To identify your sense preference and hold it!
2. To insist including ALL your senses in your response (what am i seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, sensing on my skin?)
3. Clarity will gradually appear, since the mind regains it’s peaceful nature
4. The mind will discern in a peaceful mode your best attitude to the specific incident
5. Your attitude will be Useful, Meaningful and will be the Right one!

Because:
When you withhold your overwhelmingness (a few deep breaths are very helpful!)
When you insist to want to know All the Truth (and not only the part of the truth that you are used to or is easy to face)
When you “filter” the situation through all your senses Before you react and not impulsively come out through any sense that is dominating you or pushing you.
What will appear in you mind either pleasant or not, will make you feel expanded (and not pressed) will give you a liberating clarity
You will “know” what is the right attitude for the situation at hand, in a way that is more intuitive, less logical maybe but clearly right and meaningful.

This process as long as you practice it regularly, reveals, develops and manifests the qualities of Kindness (good actions to others) and Goodness (good actions beyond and above our ego)

This process if it is embodied (you apply it almost automatically) reveals, transmits and attracts the quality of Unconditional Love.

Lately i’ve observed that I still got some poison (less than in the past) from toxic or negative behaviours of other people, while I still produce a small amount of poison with my thoughts , words and actions.

So I started a “campaign”( praying and meditating) in my inner world to gather the appropriate forces in order to:
1. Upgrade my skill to identify toxic or negative behaviours and take a distance.
2. Upgrade my skill to “see” the negative thought viruses or the emotional shadows of others that undermine my intelligence. (I liked this description that Robin Sharma wrote in his latest book The Wealth Money Can’t Buy”)
3. To shut down my inner poison production factory so that the inner forces can proceed to recycle it.

The “campaign” was fruitful since:

1. I now possess a mental list to recognise toxic or negative behaviours so that I can take a distance (you’ll find it further down)
2. I practice observation and refrain from judgements or reactions.
When observation is over 80% capacity, the negative virus and the emotional shadows of others , are visible (read my ideas in practicing observation or read Marshall Rosenberg’s book Non Violent Communication)
3. I created an action plan that I apply with determination, zest and discipline on a daily basis to sabotage or shut down the production of poison in my thoughts, words and actions and from what I hear inner forces have started recycling. ( my action plan is attached below, for inspiration)

My Mental List to identify toxic or negative behaviours: (I invite you to make your own!)

1. Negativity Noodle – Twists every situation into something negative.
2. Pessimistic Pancake – Flat and heavy with bad vibes
3. Blame-shifter – Expert at dodging responsibility like it’s a sport.
4. Toxic Tornado – Sweeps in with chaos and leaves destruction in their wake.
5. Mood Mangler – Crushes good vibes in seconds.
6. Attention Sponge – Soaks up all the attention, even if it’s not theirs to take.
7. Whine-o-saurus – Extinct species that only knows how to complain.
8. Guilt Trip Guru – Masters the art of making you feel bad for things you didn’t do.
9. Drama Llama – Always stirring up unnecessary drama
10. Energy Vampire – Sucks the life out of every room they enter.

Practicing Observation (instead of judging or reacting)
Observe the data and refrain your judgements. The challenge is to discern data from our assumptions or our belief system. ( Stay literally in what your eyes see and your ears hear, do not interpret, assume, compare. Ask more instead of reacting or judging. If against all odds you are overwhelmed from judgements or reactions, Hold that to your self, do not express it and do not Believe it!)
Judgements raise defence and reactions. It is a kind of toxic violence.
Guilt, shame, anger and fear dissolve Good Will and Empathy.
Evaluations that block Communication: judgements, comparisons, denial of responsibility, transfer of responsibility.

When you choose to remain in the Observation mode, you will easily “see” the negative thought virus and emotional shadows that others might defuse.

Now you know what you have to do! You take a distance from that person and apply the following.

Action Plan (shutting down my poison production factory)

1. As soon as I hear a thought that contains anger or disappointment or pain or complain or comparison or anything negative about someone else, I do not engage in conversation with that thought! I do not analyse it ! I do not go in the past! I do not generalise! I do not share that thought with others!
2. Instead of the above, that exact moment is the most appropriate to think: “Is that thought useful for me? Does it make any sense? Is it the right thought for me and the others?”
3. I shift my attention to explore the usefulness, meaningfulness and rightfulness of this exact situation and I communicate it.
4. If I do not succeed, I distract my attention to something else and I come back when I feel ready to make the exploration.
5. I repeat the process EVERY TIME toxic or negative thoughts appear in order to block toxic behaviour.
6. If my words or my actions contain poison, I honestly apologise and commit myself that this will never happen again, something that I attend with extra responsibility to stand by, otherwise I seek support from a specialist.
7. I daily practice mindfulness (gardening, meditating, dancing, yoga). The less the mind is neurotic the easiest it is to have the space to examine it.
8. I read daily a few pages of books that inspire me to have a peaceful mind.
9. I associate people that have joy, creativity, serenity and peacefulness in their lives, facing life’s hardships with courage and compassion, practicing responsibility and staying authentic. People that live a useful and meaningful life for themselves and the others.
10. I deny to engage in gossips, judgements or say anything negative for another human being.

The collateral profit of the above project is that I wake up smiling, with clear mind, creative mood, gratefulness and lots of love in me and around me, having done nothing to realise them!
They appear as a gift in a magical way!
Also practicing Observation a lens is activated that brings into light the charismas of the other or of myself. (it is impossible to judge or react with that lens on!)
